The Ultimate Loaded Nachos!

With crunchy chips, two types of cheese, lots of beans and delicious salsa, these nachos are topped with avocado, sour cream and pickled jalapeños!

These nachos are so quick and easy to make! I made them in under 15 minutes, so they’re perfect for lunch or a quick afternoon snack!

I love using scooped tortilla chips to grab all of the delicious salsa, but “Hint of Lime” chips are also amazing! You can use a store-bought salsa like I did, or use my pico de gallo recipe (coming soon). Also, I used two types of cheese: white cheddar and old cheddar. Feel free to lose whatever you like!


  • Servings: 4-6
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups mixed cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa (or my pico de gallo)
  • 1 14 oz can beans (I used a six-bean medley)
  • 3 avocados, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream


  • Preheat the oven to broiling at 400°F.
  • Spread the chips over the bottom of a 9 by 13 glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chips.
  • Pour the salsa over the cheese and spread it evenly to fully coat the chips.
  • Sprinkle the beans over the salsa.
  • Broil the nachos for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Add the avocado and sour cream.
  • Enjoy the delicious dish!
